In a Somatic Activated Healing (The SAH Method™) class expect to come back to your body and experience whole-being healing through ecstatic dance, meditation, breathwork and mantra all to a curated playlist. This method will bring a gentle and natural flow of energy throughout the body that facilitates the release of pent-up emotions and the removal of any lingering emotional baggage. I bring a unique addition to the practice with combining the intention of each practice from the powerful learnings of flower essences. About Brittany: I know what it’s like to feel trapped in my own emotions—to try to “figure it out” in my mind while my body was screaming for something deeper. For years, I avoided feeling, numbed out, and stayed stuck in old cycles. It wasn’t until I started using somatic activated healing—moving my emotions instead of just thinking about them—that I finally broke free." Brittany is an Emotional Wellness Teacher, SAH Method Coach, and founder of Magnetic Mermaid. She is also the creator of Activate —an online membership where women and others can come and take live and recorded Somatic Activated Healing classes and connect with the Activate collective. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Woo10 LLC Massage and Coaching Services: Credit Card on File: A valid credit card is required to secure and hold your appointment. Notice Period: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: Cancellations and/ or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in your credit card on file being charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service(s) price that you selected. Full Charge for No Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, the full amount of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.
