Thai massage is a unique form of bodywork that combines acupressure, yoga-like stretching, and gentle rocking to promote relaxation and balance. During your session, you will lie on a comfortable mat, allowing for a full range of motion.

Rooted in the same sacred lineage of healing touch that The Buddha himself is said to have received, Thai Massage is one of Soul Journey’s most beloved offerings. This ancient practice is a slow-paced, deeply intentional blend of rhythmic pressure and assisted stretching—often lovingly referred to as “lazy yoga.”

During your session, your practitioner will use their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to gently guide your body through supported stretches while applying mindful pressure to release tension and restore flow. This treatment supports flexibility, energy circulation, and nervous system regulation—leaving you grounded, open, and at ease.

Due to the nature of the movements and stretches, we ask that you wear comfortable, workout-style or stretchable clothing to allow for ease and full benefit.
