When your body (or life) does not feel like itself, I help you clarify experiences to understand your patterns, movement, and signals so you can make confident decisions about your next steps.

I leverage decades of military, body science, corporate exec, Learning & Development, Biopharma R&D, Spiritual learnings, nuclear science, and most importantly a balanced 30 year relationship where I have a happy marriage, healthy adult kids, amazing grandkids, and a vibrant group of friends, hobbies, and emerging artistic ventures that assist in maintaining a fulfilling life and business.  And over 20 years of guiding people like yourself to the same feeling of badassery with their life.
