Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Woo10 LLC Massage and Coaching Services:
We hope this message finds you well. As we continue to strive for the best possible service for our valued clients, we want to inform you of important updates to our cancellation policy.
All clients must have a credit card on file to book a session.
Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If 24 hrs is not provided, our policy is as follows:
50% Non-Refundable Deposit: Cancellations and/ or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in your credit card on file being charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service(s) price that you selected.
Full Charge for No Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, the full amount of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rescheduling Process: To cancel or reschedule your appointment without fees, contact us at 321-430-0911 or email us at contactwoo10@gmail.com 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time.
