In healing work, touch is not just physical—it’s energetic, emotional, and deeply personal. Whether you’re offering massage, energy work, or shamanic clearing, consent is not a checkbox—it’s a sacred agreement. This 2-hour experiential workshop will guide you through the essential practice of asking for and receiving consent in a way that honors both your client's and your own intuitive boundaries.

We’ll explore what it means to touch with integrity, how to listen for both verbal and nonverbal cues, and how to create a sense of safety in your sessions, both physically and energetically.

Through partner exercises, verbal practice, and guided reflection, you’ll learn how to:
