Through guided meditation, grounding practices, somatic healing, and a soul retrieval visualization, we will gently call back the parts of you that were left behind in times of pain, fear, or disconnection. This class is ideal for those seeking emotional healing, spiritual wholeness, or deeper connection to the Earth as a source of maternal, nourishing wisdom. Come as you are — no prior experience needed.
