Join us for Meditation 101, an evening designed for beginners and frustrated meditators, guided by Susan Croft.
This workshop will guide you through the fundamentals of meditation, helping you cultivate a calm and focused mind. Whether you are new to meditation or have struggled to maintain a practice, this class will provide practical techniques and support to enhance your journey.
Please bring a comfortable cushion or yoga mat, a drink to stay refreshed, and an open mind.
