Here’s what to expect:

• Opening Circle: We’ll ground in, set intention, and sip herbal tea while pulling tarot or oracle cards. The cards will help reveal what might be blocking your dreams and what kind of support your body needs to move forward. A short journaling prompt will help you gain extra clarity before we begin to move.

• Movement Journey: Step into a guided somatic and ecstatic dance to shift emotions like fear, doubt, or anger, and open space for joy, power, and possibility. The music will meet you where you are, helping your body guide the release. No choreography. No pressure. Just freedom in motion.

• Manifestation in Motion: Once your energy is high and your body fully alive, we’ll dance your dream awake. You’ll move with the vision of the life you’re calling in and send it out through intention, mantra, and movement.
