About the event
Blissful Vibrations is a sound bath and guided meditation designed to settle and refine the nervous system, help heal stored traumas, release stresses, and begin to develop a working relationship with the higher Self, the Super Conscious Mind.
Kelly will be playing crystal singing bowls, specially tuned, and energetically attuned, for sonic symmetry and vibrational coherence, to induce a state of restful alertness and brainwave harmony.
Justin will be utilizing 432hz tuned hand pan, an authentic Australian didgeridoo tuned to a low C#, and an Indian Mridanga, to aid in the cultivation of vibrational symmetry, while guiding the class through a meditative progression using ancient yogic techniques and guided visualization.
Together they will lead participants toward healing, integration, and Bliss.
