Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Woo10 LLC Massage and Coaching Services: Credit Card on File: A valid credit card is required to secure and hold your appointment. Notice Period: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: Cancellations and/ or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in your credit card on file being charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service(s) price that you selected. Full Charge for No Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, the full amount of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.
